Nurse (APN) — A Registered Nurse who has
received a master’s degree and is qualified

An APN uses advanced knowledge and skills to assist

may also provide further education to patients or

that evaluates and treats any difficulties a patient
may have with speech, language, thinking, voice
and swallowing. |

that helps identify and facilitate patient post-discharge
issues and needs. |
